As a professional real estate investor and lifetime entrepreneur, I watched in horror as new and “creative” loan programs were presented to the unsuspecting public knowing the sooner of later the other shoe would drop. No, money, no credit, no job, lending 125% of the value of your home and on and on and on straight on a path towards a financial apocalypse. Then there were the "get rich quick" programs that jumped at us every time you opened your e-mail, the newspaper, or turned on the t.v.  Everything from Internet marketing, to franchising, you name it, they pitched it.    But...I digress. We all know what happened, now how do we fix it. When I say “IT” I mean your own personal economy. You see, the problem is not "out there"  it's inside.  That is what we're going to work on. 

In this country, it is not difficult for persons of any origin to make money. There are so many avenues of success open, so many opportunities that are being overlooked, that any person, be it male or female who is WILLING, to engage in and put forth effort can meet with a level of success that would astound the “AVERAGE” person.

Those who TRULY desire to attain financial and personal success need only to begin with these three items.
